About Beverley Gartside - Founder of Realms of Possibility

Beverley has a background in human resource management and coaching, providing management advice on the people aspects of running successful businesses, and help to the people who work in them. She began her career in the public sector before moving into blue chip IT, Retail and Financial Services companies developing experience of a broad range of people and circumstances.

Having recognised the need to follow her heart and do work that matched her values and talents, she now runs Verticity which specialises in career management, talent development and helping others get more enjoyment from their employment.

She created Realms of Possibility to encourage and support more women to take time out from their busy lives to fulfil their dreams.

She has a degree in English literature and qualifications in Coaching, Psychometrics, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She loves learning, and regularly undertakes continuing professional development.

About Debbie Watkins

Debbie has a background in Financial Services (Royal Bank of Scotland and The Co-operative Bank) and throughout her career has always had a passion for helping people to help themselves. She became self employed in 2004.

She specialises in working with clients who are going through or have recently experienced the life changing impact of divorce. And like Beverley she too works with clients wanting to make changes in their lives both at home and at work.

Debbie is passionate about coaching and as a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner works with her clients to move forward and take on new challenges.

She too enjoys personal development and is a qualified Image Consultant and Mortgage Adviser. This means her clients can pick and choose the type of support they require.
