Coaching

At Realms of Possibility we believe coaching is about enabling individuals to create positive change by recognising and nurturing potential. It's one of the most effective methods of personal development and is increasingly the preferred approach for people seeking or facing change in their lives.

People hire a coach for many reasons but some of the most common we hear are;

• To simplify your life
• To reduce stress

We offer a range of coaching programmes for those of you who aren't yet able to join us on a Realms of Possibility holiday or, for those of you who may want some extra support to continue your journey after you return home.

Coaching usually occurs over the telephone and our programmes include:

• A one off introductory coaching session of 60 minutes at a cost of £45
• One to one coaching - the most popular programmes are the 6 x 60 minute sessions over 3 months at a cost of £150 per month or the 10 x 45 minute sessions over 6 months at a cost of £90 per month. However, we can work with you to create a bespoke programme based on your individual needs.

In order to make coaching available to a wider audience, we offer a small number of 3 month programmes on reduced rates to support those with limited means. Please mention this if it's appropriate to you.
